Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Shopyra website and any Shopyra app you install on a Shopify store. Installing an app means you accept them.

The service

We provide software that runs alongside your Shopify store. We work hard to keep it available and correct, but we provide it on an "as is" basis without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

Your account and store

You are responsible for the content you publish through our apps and for making sure it complies with applicable law, Shopify's own terms, and the rights of third parties. You retain ownership of everything you create.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing API and appear on your regular Shopify invoice. Charges are recurring until you cancel or uninstall. Because Shopify handles the billing relationship, refunds are subject to Shopify's process — contact us and we will help.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use our apps to display information you know to be false to shoppers.
  • Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits, reverse engineer our services, or resell access.
  • Do not use our infrastructure to store or transmit unlawful content.

We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and we will tell you why before we do where it is safe and lawful to do so.

Availability and support

We target high availability but do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on standard plans. Support is provided by email and in-app chat during business hours, with best-effort cover outside them.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost sales.

Termination

You can uninstall at any time from your Shopify admin; that ends the subscription at the close of the current billing period. Our apps remove their own assets and metafields on uninstall.

Trademarks

Shopify is a trademark of Shopify Inc. Shopyra is an independent developer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to merchants with active installs before they take effect.
